Alterations records changes to a Room. This is used by managers to have a record of what was changed in a Room, who is required to supply support (village or resident), and what changes carry over and how pricing is affected when a unit is sold.
The Alterations for each Room are listed on the main tab of the Room form. There is also an Alterations list under Rooms. A new Alteration can be recorded either from the Room or by using the Alterations list. Either way, it is the same form. When it opens, record the information, then close and Save.
