Maintenance Groups allow you to group assets for maintenance purposes. A Maintenance Task can be for one Asset or for a group of Assets. For example, you might have 12 A/C units that need service at the same time. By putting these in a Maintenance Group, the Group can be selected in a Maintenance Task for servicing those 12 units rather than creating a Task for each one separately.
