Both Suppliers and Contractors need proper documentation of their certificates and compliance. Asset Journey records when these certificates, vaccination records, etc., are due to expire. Workflows run that send Notifications to the Supplier, Contractor, and Village Manager when one of these records is close to expiration.
Suppliers and Contractors need to send in their latest certifications or risk being marked "Out of Compliance".
Supplier and Contractor documents are kept in the "Supplier Documents" folder in the Document Library in Asset Journey,
