Please fill in the following fields in the Finance tab:
Supplier - This is a lookup column to the Supplier list, so you can select the Supplier from this list. If you need to add a new supplier, please see the Adding Suppliers and Contracts section.
Effective Life (Years) - This is the effective life of the asset, or years that the asset is expected to be usable.
Actual Cost of Replacement - This is the cost of replacing the asset.
Proposed Date of Capital Replacement - This is the Purchase Date plus the effective life and is auto-filled by the form.
Actual Replacement Date - This is the date the asset is replaced.
