Asset Journey provides a robust way to track Retirement Village residents. The following can be recorded about each resident:

 

On Resident Form

•Name, Phone, Email, Mailing Address, and other contact details

•Present or Absent from village

•Building, Location, and Room occupied

•Status

•Resident ID

•Date of Birth, Age

•Marital Status

•Emergency Contacts - Next of Kin (NOK). Allows two entries

•Home Type, Configuration, Settlement Date, Move-in Date, Purchase Price, Departure Dat

 

In Associated Lists:

•Documents

•Maintenance Tasks

•Feedback

•Absence Records

•Pets

•Cars

•Associates (Enduring Guardian, Power of Attorney, etc.)

•Communication Logs
