Both Pets and Cars can be recorded on the Resident form. Tracking Cars is useful for knowing if a certain car that is in a parking space belongs to a resident. If there are assigned parking spots, having the license plate number on record helps with managing parking.
The resident's assigned Parking Space can also be recorded on this same tab
To record these, use the Pets & Cars tab on the Resident form. Click the Add a Pet or Add a Car button and fill out the form and Save. To edit or delete the records, use the Actions in the list. For assigned Parking Space, type that in directly into the box.
