People associated with the resident can be recorded in the Associates list. Asset Journey comes with pre-set types of Associates, but other types can be added, if needed.
To add an Associated, click the Add an Associate button on the Associates tab. To edit or delete, use the Actions in the list.
Fill out the form, select the type of Associate, and Save.
